MR. SHAHEEB AL DHAHERI, a prominent Emarati and the chairman of the Universal Group of Companies in United Arab Emirates, holds a major share in the company along Voltas Netherlands B.V., Netherlands, a 100% subsidiary of Voltas Limited, India, which is a Tata Enterprise.

Headquartered in Abu Dhabi, the company has branches and service centers across UAE.
